It was so nice to have family here to help break in the pool!
And, of course, with it being hot outside....
.... and it being a new toy and all....
... we swam daily. If not more.
We did get the kids goggles... which part of me regrets because they think they can't swim without them.
From the future, I can tell you Kari's hair is even curlier. But.... it was impressive to me that the waves of her hair were still so prominent, even though they were soaking wet.
Kaitlyn, on the other hand, had a fabulous comb over :)
The kids also really enjoyed the great big floats we got from Sam's Club.
Because, who doesn't want to ride on the back of an elephant or unicorn?!?
And, while they were here, Kelly lost her first tooth! As with most kids, the first one is pretty dang scary because every assumes it will be really painful.
Thankfully, the tooth came out without much pain.... even though her face says otherwise.
And she was able to get back to swimming pretty quickly.
Because everyone knows that pools are important!
